Residential Carpet Cleaning Rates

Carpet Protector	$0.15 per square foot (approximately $22 per room depending on room size)

Maintenance Plans

In order to help maintain the beauty and life of your carpet we offer the maintenance plans below that also save you money. We understand that everyone's needs are different so if neither of the following plans meets your needs, we can build a custom program.

• Semi- Annual Cleaning Program
  (Initial Cleaning plus 2 cleanings, each 6 months apart)
  • Down payment: $150
  • We will contact you 6 months after the initial cleaning to set up an appointment and then again 6 months after that.
  • At the time of the 2nd cleaning, the price will be reduced by $75 of the down payment and a 10% discount. The 3rd cleaning will be reduced by the remaining $75 down payment and 15%.
  • Spot clean up to 2 times at no charge.
• Annual Cleaning Program
  (Initial Cleaning plus 1 cleaning in 12 months)
  • Down payment: $100
  • We will contact you 1 year from your last cleaning to set up an appointment.
  • At the time of the 2nd cleaning, the price will be reduced by the $100 down payment and a 10% discount.
  • Spot clean once at no charge.
